It won’t let me install techtonica again. I deleted it because my game kept crashing and I tried to reinstall it and it keeps saying installing canceled

that is definitely a microsoft issue - and you've cancelled the install, hard restarted your console, and tried to download again?

Probably so but I guess I’m impatient

But usually I can only play for a few minutes then my game black screens and I have to load up my game again.

what part of your save are you at?

i have seen someone else w/ this issue becuase of the HVC cable

once they delete the HVC they were fine

My hvc are literally touching my monorails

I’m at the last upgrade terminal screen on my save

I’m playing solo

After I got done picking them up my game crashed

Then it kept black screening me again so I stopped playing because I couldn’t play

Hey, @woven robin ! Sorry you're having these problems! Let me see if I can figure out what's up. Does the crashing only happen for you when you are using that particular save? Or does it happen with any save game you load?

also, what are your video settings on? can you try turning them down + turning off vsync?

I turned everything to medium and I took off vsync and bloom so I’ll play for a while and let you know what happens

It only happens off my main save games it doesn’t happen on the new game

OK, that's making me suspect a corrupted save. If you keep dropping back to older and older saves, does one eventually work?

So my game froze when I changed the graphics to high. So I think by playing on medium graphics it shouldn’t black screen me any more

It was fine for 30 minutes then it blacked screen me

It’s fine now. The graphics just needs to be lower because the game can’t handle high graphics for some reason. @random wharf @bronze ether
