I just can’t start the game. ( I press button new game and the game is crashing)

I recommend shutting down the console completely, and I mean using the 'Turn off console' feature, not Restart (hold the Xbox button on your controller for 3 secs and select Turn off console). Make sure you're not set to Connected Standby too (Settings > Power options and make sure Shutdown is selected, not Sleep). Unplug any additional controllers, that includes steering wheels etc., and make sure you have the one controller and nothing else assigned to your console. Then turn the console on, wait 20 secs or so and then launch the title and select New Game. Let me know what happens.

huh that's realy weird. you've tried restarting your console and redownloading the game?

Cloud has always worked silky smooth for me. Anyone having issues playing the installed game should give it a try if you have game pass ultimate.
