#Journal Not Resetting After Game Loaded Without Exiting

Last night I entered the freight elevator before I entered the freight warehouse. I saved before I did that. The game became very jerky so I decided to reload from my save. The save put me back outside the elevator and indicated that I could go in, as expected. I continued on about my business. The green exclamation point is still displaying in the direction of the freight elevator, so I know I could enter it, as expected. However, the Journal indicates that the task is complete. See where yellow arrow is pointing.

Not sure loading the game without exiting had anything to do with this. But the entry either should not say "Enter the E-FES Freight Elevator" or it should not show complete until you have done so.

It does sound like a bug
