have you tried placing a belt beneath it.

then picking up the belt. It should just be a visual glitch and restarting the game should have made it go away.

does it prevent you from having stuff there? If it does not I would just ignore it as a visual bug for now, items do not fall on the floor.

I saw a post the other day that had the same issue but reloading the game fixed it. If I see any other solutions in the meantime I will keep you in mind.

I had a similar issue with a blue one, saving and restarting the game made it go away

before restarting I had tried placing a belt under it and making inserters grab from that, and then removing those, maybe that helped?

and also building a powered floor in the space and removing that
