ive built 2 monorail depots connected by 5 monorail tracks and ive used 6 accumulators all fully charged to activate it and the "building a monorail system" quest isnt being completed

had the same issue it eventually solved itself on login at one point its a bit buggy

yeah ive got like 6 generators to charge the accumulators

monorail quest condition is a bit quirky, we are working on ironing it out

I worked around the power bug by cutting out the floor around the station and just putting down crank generators and accumulators inside the square, but the quest still doesn't complete. There are at least five track segments, but the stations aren't very far from each other. Is distance a factor, or is this just broken for now?

Its basically broken. It will eventually complete for you.
