#Energy transmission over powerblocks limit?

i have two separate waterwheel + crank stations which are quite a fair deal away from eachother, but both of the platforms the two systems are built on are connected by powerblock floors, yet reading the output of the farther and smaller station gives me only its local output and doesn t add onto the already larger energy production going on down the line.
is there a limit to how many powerblocks energy can travel through?

not as far as i can tell but if a part isn't lit up right delete a square and replace. sometime it doesn't update the grid correctly when placing power floor's. and just in-case stairs dont transmit only floor's

The crank generators need to be directly attached to water wheels. Not sure exactly what the issue is if they are actually directly connected already. If the crank generator is nearby and on a power floor then it won't affect it. I figured that out when first building them today.
You can check my thread about how they work. Photos and explanations from me and devs discussing water wheels and crank generators

I have 15,000kw worth of crank+waterwheel combos, they work fine its just the unification of the two separate stations that doesn t seem to be working, i ll send pics later today

Hm. Maybe a bunch of batteries or more power floors? I've run into issues where I've noticed all my platforms weren't perfectly connected. And I've had to stair step my power floors, they can't just have edges or corners touching. They either need to be above or below to transmit power.
Other than that it's just been visual bugs for the floors looking unpowered for a few min.
So yeah idk. I dont think there's be a limit?

probably a broken line of powerfloors somewhere over a long distance
