Why does my character becomes stiff instead of ragdolling on death?

Also this only happens when i have an StarterCharacter inside the starterplayer folder. when i remove it the ragdoll works as normal but when i add it back the player becomes stiff as shown in the video

and when the player does not die the ragdoll works but the millisecond the player dies glitch happens.

i solved it myself guys i didnt need the help.
