ill pitch the idea
in NOTT there is an option to switch to x weapon on y slot by assigning keybinds

so for instance the cannon on 1, and each otherpylon gets its own
anyways,
it might be a small detail, but what if you combined this mod with the ability to assign each weapon type to a keybind select.
Not each pylon but weapon type.
This way, you could always keybind your IR missiles to say, 2
bombs to 3-4, etc
with this one could easily switch in the heat of battle to for example intercept enemy missiles or stuff like that
The main benefit would be that you needn't memorize each flight's weapon keybinds by how they were equipped on each pylon of course
I'll be waiting for the stable version of the mod
