I killed a vortex on the ground right before slightly impacting it, after that a "screenshot" of that impact continued to be displayed on the mfd, the nosecone is still attached, it only got removed after i selected a new target, i think it had to do with the vortex not getting killed but ejecting on the ground so the aircraft got recovered.
This bug has little to none impact on the gameplay
