#Brawler propellers are incorrectly shown to be broken while spectating another aircraft.

I'm not sure whether the bug was caused by a problem with the player connection or the server or anything else. I'm also unsure how to recreate it. The bug seems purely visual, so pretty low priority.

Common bug on multiplayer as I seen helicopter (ibis and chicane) have the same issue, will prob be fixed in a multiplayer patch
