Nukes in bunkers stop distribute between bases and only go to new bases

For some reason nukes stop going into old airports and only appear when new one captured
It leads to situations like this, where all bases have 0-2 nukes and newly captured one have 60

the newly captured airbase might not have had its ammo bunkers destroyed, which will transfer the warheads between teams

It was completly empty base before cap
Also doesnt change anything because other fraction defenetly didnt had 60 nukes

Also one time we got more nukes by fixing bunker at Feld, like +20 more
Such things doesnt happen that often in Escalation because bases get destroyed and captured not that often, but on terminal it pretty usual to have some strange nuke distribution situation

Ill try to record next time, but there was situations when nuke count suddenly get bigger after bunker repair

And for some reason Darkreach cant use nukes

Also nukes on every airbase

Feldspar didnt had bunkers for some time, and other bases didnt get any more nukes

Also Feld wasnt recaptured in entire match, so its not like BDF had gasilion nukes that got captured
