Ashwood Airbase to Broken Atoll (Boscali Airlines)

In the late 2070s, Boscali has won the war against Primeva. Peace has been restored once again in the Ignus Archipelago. With this, Boscali Citizens have started to move back to their old homes, and the need of transportation is desperate. Boscali Airlines has issued 4 SFB-81 Stealth Airliners to Ignus to help people move. You are tasked with flying passengers from Ashwood Airbase to Broken Atoll.

Review: I think the mission in of itself is quite fun, the guidelines makes the actual flying really simple and the scenario is extensive. However. If I were to point something out that could make this mission even more fun were if there was some sort of rebels or such left after the war that tries to shoot you down. Which means you have to evade IR missiles using flares. Which could be made interesting with dialogue.

I thought about that, saying there were PALA remnants chasing him you which would be sick.

It doesn’t need to be a large rebel force but you could create a scenario where the Darkreach must outrun and outflank some basic SAMs lost to the BDF during the war. This could serve as a central talking point during takeoff between the pilots, discussing recent Rebel attacks and the lost SAM systems.

Lore potential is wild

I think something with guns would work better, like a lone LCV-45

I was thinking the IR missiles could pair with like the pilots commenting on how BDF left the flare systems on the aircraft for some reason and that the flare button has gathered dust then suddenly you need it and they panic and at first call for help but then evade it until help arrives and takes out the SAM and they tell everyone to calm down and then move on with the flight

Thing with a PALA plane intercepting is that they would need a full runway n everything for that which is kinda unrealistic if they have been bombed to smithereens

A lone SAM site or two could be easier done

Yeah, the SAM is better, but what I was thinking is that the map isn’t completely Boscali and the airliner accidentally enters PALA airspace

I was of the opinion that the map is completely Bodcali and that the Rebels are small groups of fighters that have been popping up randomly. Perhaps even one of the pilots could speak about a plane having been shot down by rebels a few weeks back.
