Here is the current sitrep and your orders for deployment, effective immediately.

We have located PALA factories, near the Agropol Industrial Park. This factory complex is responsible for the manufacture and production of weapons of mass destruction. Your mission will be to fly through the canyons near Agropol and destroy the factories.

This mission will take place within the engagement zone of the PALA Anti-Air Railgun Network supported by their dynamo class destroyers. Do not let this stop you from returning to the carrier in one piece.

Since you asked for feedback: There is a lot that is strange with this mission if it's played in order. Flying to the first waypoint drowns your friendlies on the deck, deletes your carrier, spawns fighters so close that they requre precognition to survive, all while you're being fired on by a stratolance. This setup actually incentivizes player to break the mission sequence by any means possible after their mandatory first death, since killing the factories first will give you way more breathing room, will actually allow you to re-arm, and allow your friendlies to take off.

I also took a gander at the objectives in-editor, and as you may have noticed it's not possible to re-spawn a removed unit, so the carrier landing objective auto completes after the retreat objective. Deleting the carrier in the first place is a very counter-intuitive thing to do anyways.

ah, i figured there was some bot logic jank involved. Some people have found a way to spawn nukes in landing craft. Ive never tried it but it may be a desirable alternative to the darkreaches. The bombers also miiiight be persuaded to hit a more valuable target like enrichment plants over the ships and hangars...?
