this actually represents the BDF's Glermandi Training Center. It's most notable feature, the Watercraft Simulation Environment, is a 30 by 30 meter concrete pool where remote controlled ships engage in exercises. Because the water in the pool isn't deep enough to hide the concrete, it turns a muddish grey as a result.
