At release of 0.30 and now i and many another people find bug when game just stop for a couple seconds (1-10).
I know only one - this become with much more frequency when we play at new map, and very rare at heartland. And don't matter how long play.
PROBABLY, im not sure, this become when something happens. When i at first find this problem i was crashed into ocean. But seems this never was in airplane loadout menu.
I dont have more info to make debug... I hope another people will can help i commentaries
