#Rescue Ladder/Hoist Cable For Applicable Helicopters

Relatively simple concept, couldn't find any posts about it so I decided I should post. The upcoming support helicopter, Chicane, and Tarantula could have an optional rescue ladder/hoist cable that can be deployed using a weapon slot.

I'm not sure if the Chicane has a door that would allow for the use of a droppable ladder, but the support helicopter and Tarantula both have rather large doors that could open to drop the ladder/hoist cable.

Mechanically, the ladder/line could work by auto-rescuing pilots near it if your craft has achieved a slow enough horizontal speed, probably near or below 2kph similar to a landed pickup. This could make rescuing downed pilots a lot less cumbersome (especially for the Flying Brick), and make more players willing to engage with the mechanic.

For further development on the concept:

The ladder/hoist cable would NOT be capable of capturing downed enemy pilots.

Low chance for a downed pilot to be "critical". These injured pilots would be marked differently on the map (maybe a blinking icon, or just a different name) and be given a time limit (somewhere between 15-30 minutes) before they die. If you rescue a critically injured pilot, you are given much higher rank and rewarded a larger sum of money. Critical pilots in deep water would likely have a shorter rescue window.

Chicane:
The Chicane would likely not be able to deploy a ladder, but could drop a hoist cable. The hoist cable would not take up any weapon slots, but would slightly increase weight and RCS. This allows Chicane pilots to function in combat as usual, but gives a relatively simple method of picking up any downed friendly pilots you may pass by.

Tarantula:
The Tarantula can deploy the ladder from it's cargo ramp. The rescue ladder may be partially compatible with gunship config, but not vehicle transport config. The rescue ladder will take the same slot as a vehicle/76mm cannon, but will not disable the AGM rack.

Upcoming Support Chopper:
I don't know enough about it's possible loadouts to say, but I like to think due to it's layout it should be able to use the ladder without sacrificing any other features.

I would love to hear any other ideas, especially from people more experienced with heli related tech.
