Yea there isn’t exactly an NEZ for cruise missiles. They have so much range that nothing can realistically escape from them unless they lose track of their target

And btw, until 0.30, NEZ was kinda just half the range iirc

As for the ladder there is an option to switch the circle launch indicator to a ladder
