The OTB-31, at least when spawned in the mission editor and given a waypoint on a beach, often but not always, do not have the speed or engine power to fully beach themselves and deploy their inventories.
They will slow down just before hitting the shore and usually, just barely, start climbing it before sliding back into the water, regardless of how shallow the slope may be.

Hopefully there's a simple fix where they can get a bit more traction or power for climbing up shores like this. Seems like they would work more often if they could just tackle the average shore.

i think it's probably because of the holding behavior that it just stops everything
