Currently, in-game radar sets have no line of sight limitations because of Earth curvature.
While modelling the latter is desirable, a simpler solution would be to just implement a system that limits radar detection range based off current altitude of the radar itself, and its target.

This. Right now you can be at 50ft over water and a ship can see you from across the map.

So yeah, a basic height of sensor / height of target and distance calculation to simulate radar horizon would be 👌🏿

very simple and needed change.
right now it feels like i just cant flank or do anything because ill get hit with a bvr from across the map
