when i have targets selected on the tarantula it would be nice that the 76mm focuses only on that particular target especially when i have the gun and not the AI.

despite this, the gun will fire at targets it finds INCLUDING but not ALWAYS the one that i have selected, this wastes ammo on target i don't want it to kill / it cannot kill.

also - tarantula should have maybe a "helper"? wiuth the aiming system. i see the circle reticle show up but not always when tracking a target especially a mobile one, sometimes it's hard to figure out if i need to yaw left / right or tilt left to right to get the computer to aim properly

Turn your camera to face the gun and use the attitude indicator at the top of your screen to fly

It can be done manually by selecting/deselecting targets, but that's yet another thing that you have to take care of.
Keeping the correct heading, planning a route to not have anti air ahead of you, watching the map for revokers, making sure to maintain line of sight and keeping the aircraft stable is already taxing enough.
Having to babysit my cannon while doing all that makes it even more difficult, as if the plane only has one crew member

Just to check because I hadn’t noticed it at first, are you aware of the square and circle aim offset display on the target monitor? It seems to show pretty well when the gun can track to target, if you get the circle in the box. No help for picking which thing it’s going to shoot at though. At first I thought it would spread shells out like when you drop a bunch of bombs, but it does not. I think usually if I have multiple targets selected, I’d like it to do that.

i can't understand the first paragraph of this suggestion, it sounds like you want the gun to focus on a target that you have selected when... you are the one using it manually? which is exactly what it does already, soo....
