The F in the name stands for Fighter, but it has no conventional air to air munitions. A way to fix that, while not making it a fighter, would be to add a big, fast, powerful, yet clunky Radar guided Air to Air missile akin to the Aim-54/174 usable against all planes but more effective against larger or slower aircraft like bombers and transports. The outer bays could fit 2-3 each (because I don't know how large an Aim-54 or Aim-174 would be compared to other munitions), and the inner bays would carry 4-6 depending on size.
The more powerful radar would require a notch of 4-5 seconds with a jammer to balance the fact that you'll see this missile coming from lightyears away if used properly (the missiles won't lock and track properly under 10-12km)
This new A-A missile would help Darkreach players more effectively defend themselves against enemy threats (Yes, teamwork exists, but who actually does that in an average game?) and would bring the Fighter essence of the airframe back into light, if only in a standoff role.
I am aware that there has been a post about this before, however, it was inconclusive and didn't outline a particular things to add (discussion about giving a bomber sub-sonic light IR missiles)
