Separate axis for engine angle

For VTOL/SVTOL planes like the Medusa and tarantula, the angle is automatically changed for you, but in some cases it doesn’t work like you want it to. A way to fix this would be to a separate axis key bind to change the angle. So if you wanted to turn off the flight assist and change it yourself, you can, and if you suck at changing it yourself, just turn it back on.
