#Wire guided (player guided) missiles

Some form of SACLOS for the Chicane would be cool, not super practical (unless it can be controlled by CP/G) but cool nonetheless.
well who's gonna fly the plane in the meantime? We don't have multicrew.
As much as I liked guiding Korean/Vietnam War era missiles by hand in WT, this is a futuristic setting (where distances to your targets are sufficiently high that you dont even see them with your own eyes) and Im not really sure how that would improve anything tbh.
Its a cool idea in practice however as much as I'd want it I think it wouldn't be useful because of the fact our sensors pickup everything and you can point and shoot, if anything these would be a downgrade unless they have something really cool I don't think they are needed
Yeah, pretty sure this falls under:
4. Existing technology cannot be nerfed (eg. don't suggest balancing nukes by making them large or cumbersome; nukes are not large or cumbersome)
Since even modern "guided by gunner" missiles are just line up crosshairs and click
in their defense, there are FOV kamikaze drones that indeed needs to be hand-flown to target. so hand-flown missiles are not out of question per se, but like I said, who's flying the plane in the meantime?
im a guy no need for the "their"
this has come up a few times, and had a few threads come up already

well you're not the only one in support of the idea so it goes "their" not because of gender but plurality.
cosnidering i was the maker of this thread and didnt rlly include anyone else it kinda felt like you were calling out gender but wtvs! ty
