When trying to fly low it is sometimes hard to tell if you are going up, or down since the vertical speed number is not very precise (especially when using metric values). I suggest to change the altitude unit to cm when under 10m and change the vertical speed unit to cm/s when vertical speed is between +1.5m and -1.5m. The same can be added for people using imperial values, just instead of cm use inches.

If anybody doesn't want this, it can be made a toggle in the settings

Also, speed seems to be relative to whatever is below you (very noticable when landing or taking off from a carrier). Would be nice to have either IAS or both visible on the HUD (or be a toggle).
