Hey, could you just disable tree colisions in that small city? I know, that city and trees are one solid object, but it literally took me 2min to separate it in blender... That trees violates the ground units...

This has been a thing since sbga was added.
No's ground ai avoids them and aircraft ai generally fly over them.
They only affect players not paying attention.

I agree with @limber wadi on this one... It's more of a issue in your simple planes mod vs actual NO bug.
As it seems it only effects you driving around when we fly planes here.
