My Winwing Orion 2 F-16 joystick has a flip trigger which is a combined axis and button- i.e. when the axis is at any value above zero, it also a (virtual) button. In mot games, I can explicitly select whether I want to bind it as an axis or button. I can even bind the axis and button to separate controls. In Nuclear Option, I don't have an option to force the game to bind the axis versus the button, and the game always binds the button instead of the axis.
