I lost a part of my right wing in the FS-12. However, I still had all my missiles available. I'm fairly certain the wing mounted missile would've disappeared. I did try to laucnh it but nothing was launched from my plane. Still, it gave me an option to and when I did launch it the plane jittered a bit. Some pics, the cockpit view shows the damage to the wing + missile amounts. The rest just show the damage to the plane in third person.

the missile would have fired from the disembodied piece of plane wherever it ended up, they don't check for being connected (yet)
