I've got onto my bed to sleep, and can't get off it again! The only button I have is Save, none of the other buttons are there?

sorry, dropped out of discord. I created the world in 0.1.40. I've played about 7-8hrs IRL and have saved and slept multiple times. First time this has happened to me was today.
