A "bot" is an automatic program within the discord server which moderates content. The "giftcode" is input in-game in by clicking on the profile picture on the top left, selecting settings, then selecting "gift codes." The other codes are the "Doomsday Thirstday" codes which are entered in the "doomsday thirsday" channel on the left on Discord, on Thursdays only.

For what i've gathered already from people on my alliance and my own experience.

It seems that the event isn't region locked any longer, but TIER locked and you'll be matched up against people of your same tier, but the higher the tier the better the rewards on Gold Coins, For platinum people and below its IMPOSSIBLE to get skin anymore because you simply don't get enough coins to get enough pieces for skin, and the "Punishment" is unclear on the rules.

Now, i have my own questions about it, i don't spend too much money and now i won't even bother in doing so, but, how exactly will the top tier brackets work? and what gets you promoted/demoted? its unclear and they didn't bother to explain anywhere.

What a rip off event. Honestly...The first prize now only gives you 120x gold coins to exchange with...If you want squad skin voucher which was the main prize before.

It will cost you 3x times or more. Correction that's 4x times the reward for first place....

Current prize for first place is at 120x gold tokens which is 15x squad skin voucher due to the current exchange rate 8x gold coins = 1x skin squad voucher.

Before update current first place prize was approximately 60 squad tickets? (Please correct me if i am wrong) which is same amount as 60 * 8 = 480 gold coins in the exchange.

So tell me if they didn't just rip people off and reduced the amount by 4x times for same freaking first place....

Those who can afford it, will probably not care, but those who are average spenders, will definitly notice it, unless they are also blind

Lets see how the event goes, if we are right and spenders will go up in leagues, it means that you wont see whales and high spenders pushing so far anymore and you will use less to get rank 1.
Before you could have gotten into a ranking where the top whales already do like 5k to 10k hammers.
So you would have to go higher for rank 1, but now it might be that 2k is already enough for ranked 1.

For now lets see how the event goes, after that if it is bad then complain for sure.

In my region it's always around 6-7k for a top1, I use to just check if people playing it are spender or no, plus you end up knowing some names...

The problem right now is that no matter what league you are. You have people who already saved there or are spenders, but overtime the people who save are gonna be in lower rankeds and the spenders in higher rankeds, so being able to stay in the middle leagues would be optimal haha

I think a better way to try to look like they're evening the playing field between f2p and p2k players would be to not have everything that isn't directly behind a paywall not be a competition against players to either get or not get.

I believe they just pushed that gap further away. While they may have matched players based on their rink of VIP. So players who have been playing a couple years and hardly spend can be matched with somebody who has just started the game and is now their same VIP. Not to mention in order to get any sort of a reward you have to make 120 points and if you don’t participate your ranking is Dropped. Tube obtain anything from the reward center. It cost an arm and a leg or multiple events. So now the cost of the entire event itself has just risen overall. So they may have expanded the ranking structure their attempt is more so to obtain more funds.

The thing is - the quantity of gold coins you get is based on your rank. I have 8g coins for 1st reward in Bronze I. 1st in Master is 120g coins. = this makes it hard for f2p to get 800 for a skin. Mind you the 1st place is at 749 hammers used rn. total joke xD

Heres a few pointers i've noted.

1.- You'll get punished if you don't use your ammunition
2.- You'll get way lower rewards on lower rankings, meaning you'll never get a skin
3.- Big spenders are put on a bracket based on their RANKING not their REGION which means theres less brackets to participate
4.- Less brackets means less rewards overall for everyone, its not possible to get as many skins as before
5.- They're hella expensive, you have to waste a ton of ammunition to get gold coins regardless of ranks, a Master needs to rank Top1 8 TIMES just to get a single skin, before it was Twice and done.
6.- It affects EVERYONE because now you can just go to another region, buy a ton of packs if you're a spender and claim TOP1 on top commander just by using packages and ammo, which is not fair to anyone.
7.- Whales will be placed against each other on higher brackets, which means they'll have to either "Agree" beforehand whos going to win OR spend a ton more to contest the Rank1 to get way less rewards
This event is a cashgrab that harmed everyone, it shouldn't be allowed and sucks that people is still using their hammers, maybe they're oblivious to it or just don't mind spending, but the timing was beyond stupid, on their "Anniversary" games usually GIVE to the people, not TAKE MORE from them

So, with how things are set up now, you’ll be able to get 49 hammers every TC if you spend the 400 diamonds in addition to completing your missions. So for a whole year you’ll be able to save up 1176 hammers. So I’m at the platinum level and 1st place here has 3751 points. That will give you 60 gold ammocoins. So after saving up hammers for a few years I will be able to win 1 round (maybe), and I still won’t even be close to getting enough squad skin vouchers. I don’t have a problem with spending on this game, but I do have a problem with spending on stuff that gives you absolute shyte rewards vs how much money you put up. The prices for the rewards are ridiculous. As the person above me mentions, these squad skin vouchers are much more expensive now

Yeah. When you get demoted to a level where you only win regular ammocoins, you can’t even spend them on vouchers at that level. So saving up hammers isn’t really viable without spending a lot of money on it

In the old event, I know it can crit and reward multiple essences but they were used only in the exchange shop and the amount of hammers spent = your ranking.
I just dropped 10 hammers and it seems to be 1:1 points and coins. The crit only rewards you bonus resources.
