Used 2 prisimium in a shop in the Inevitable Time department. There was a Dark Claws at level 3 (showed the tooltip "+20 Max Bleed Charges"). Bought it, it unequipped my unupgraded spell and placed the Dark Claws in there. When looking at the menu and the Dark Claws, they are unupgraded.
