If they are equal in awakening, def taurex will always go first. Im not sure if 1 difference will make the offense go first, but in my experience a 2 difference can make offense go first. Ive never recorded though so I may be wrong.

just based on experience for me. I watched a replay where the enemy had lower awakened taurex and hippo, and both of mine were able to hit first. mind you i might be totally wrong and it may really all be rng or something else entirely. Im just basing it off feels.
