Hi. Lava valley is one of the game features that I really enjoy playing. This past few weeks, almost 50% of my matches have cheaters on it and it really ruins the fun of it. Reporting cheaters in the game is so troublesome for us players that play fair. Having to record the clips of the game for proof and going to the trouble of reporting it is no easy task. Imagine the storage that it will eat if I will record all the cheaters that I will encounter and reporting in your website is also user friendly. Giving us an option to just report the player in-game or after the match makes it easier to ban cheaters. Please take this into consideration. Thanks!

The problem is, it cannot, the cheater and the player that got delay or bugged seems lookalike, there would be many miss report about that, and since without cheater this arena already bring emotional damage, there would be a noob player that got reported even if its not cheating
Thats my opinion, maybe the devs can solve better

need audit would solve you report and an admin checks the use of skill and items if it matches reality or cheat

Dont bother. Netmarble only restricts login for a few days, if they even bother to punish. Us players put more effort into reporting than they do punishing them lol

most MMOs have logs or some other data for these kinds of things that developers can check if cheating actually happened or not. and it should be very easy to distinguish, lag and bugs happen a few times, cheating is obviously more regular.

And lag and bugs rarely occured to me, neither is it a prevailing complaint here in discord whenever lava is active, sure there are a few complaints here and there but for the most part it isnt so common that literally EVERYONE experiences them

besides, I am talking about something else, bugs for example arent common because the player has no control when it happens, cheats are controlled by the player, and the behavior of cheats are different anyway
lets say someone reports two accounts. one happened to just be bugged, another is a cheater.
the bugged player lets say, teleported in lava maybe once or twice in 10 matches. while the cheater teleported in every single match - obviously there is a distinction there, no?
