I'd like to propose a (shared) VS Wiki YouTube channel for the purposes of uploading demonstrative and explanatory gameplay clips and footage, that can be linked to from various Wiki pages.
The main reason I believe something like this would be useful to be implemented, is so that clear and simple gameplay footage of each weapon and evolution can be linked to their respective wiki pages.
It would, however, also be useful for demonstrating specific mechanics like arcana and survarots, unique character mechanics, secrets and unlock guides, special events like Holy Forbidden, etc.
I personally would enjoy helping with this, to maintain the YouTube channel, but also in helping to capture gameplay footage of using, levelling, and evolving weapons.
I have considered how I would go about capturing the footage, for the sake of consistency:
• Steam / Windows
• Controller (as opposed to mouse and keyboard)
• Full screen, HD, and at the highest bitrate YouTube allows
• No PowerUps, except Charm, Growth, Curse, and Luck situationally because of weapon synergies
• Different characters (e.g., Porta for Lightning Ring and Christine for Pentagram)
• Single weapon (except for unions which would also likely need multiple clips to showcase the weapons individually)
• Always on Il Molise (Inverse disabled, Arcanas disabled, Limit Breaking disabled, Golden Eggs disabled)
• 5-10 minutes to showcase gameplay of the weapon as it levels up, and its Evolution (or Union)
Note that I have experience with and am comfortable editing videos. I will personally not be including voiceovers or narration.
Also note that YouTube has official features that allow for "shared" or collaborative channels (for the purposes of granting all Wiki team members administrative abilities).
Lastly, someone would need to be assigned copywriting and channel art / branding roles and responsibilities. I am also comfortable with both.
