This was recently brought up in the subreddit as a potential bug. I recreated it on my Steam version (1.14.105) but the OP was on mobile (didnt say Android or iOS). The OP noticed that the explosions generated from the Heart of Fire arcana stopped right after the Slash arcana was picked up. To test, I ran a single weapon run with Zi'Appunta and Ammo Appalate (evolved to Gunastrophe at min 10) with Heart of Fire starting. At 11 min Arcana, I grabbed Slash and confirmed the explosions weren's triggering (atleast visually). I dont know if this is intended mechanic or if it's something involving weapon crits not triggering the explosion.
