Make chests and pickups such as weapons/passives, along with npcs/shops display above weapon effects

Its annoying when you cant see chests because of visual effects being over the top (I know the pointer is visible but you cant see what type and it is rather annoying)

alternatively, making the pointer show the chest's colour would work, similar to how arcana chests have the purple arrow
