Not a bug. Dlc progress is transfered, but ownership/access isnt because of legal stuff. You’ll be able to access your dlc stuff on the platform your loaded to when you purchase the dlc on that platform .

then i messed up, yikes. thank you for your response! But still, i was able to own the gun DLC on both my phones while only paying on one, how did this happen?

Since dlc is tied to the platform account (apple/google account), if you’re using that same account on the same platform, ownership can transfer.
Also, specifically “merging” poncle accounts doesn’t do anything with merging save data

i see, but right now im playing on the same account, same save, different device, but the dlc doesnt transfer, is that right?

nvm, i restarted endlessly but it didnt work, but trying to buy the dlc again on my other phone forced it to restart after saying i already own it, and it works now!
