Karomas Mana impossible to get in some maps

I though this was intentional that you couldn’t get it through level up since it is a special passive but then that makes a few weapons unable to evolve in most maps without arma dio which doesn’t seem intentional

it is intentional. karoma's mana is in "preview mode", meaning the passive can only appear in arma dio, or as a stage item, until the update that was SUPPOSED to add it gets released later. the devs were forced to add it early because some DLC weapons in both Ode to Castlevania and Emerald Diorama require it.
And it IS possible to get in every map, btw. Arma dios are consistently obtainable via candyboxes or the ||hail from the future darkana||
