I was in capella magna and 2 elites died at a similar time and inside a wall, causing both chests to creep towards me and get picked up on the same frame. The first one opened up like normal, but the second one never came up and just disappeared. By the end of my run I was locked out of getting level 9 torronas box and I had 100 less curse than expected, so I know it's not a visual bug (I'm playing with megalo syuuto with max powerups). In the picture I am already in limit break territory and my box is at level 8 and not banished. I am on windows 10 and game version 1.10.105 (3972R). I tried recreating it but the timing is way too difficult to even get close.
