Huh, good to know, not quite sure why though.

Could be because of its instakill ability.
About the only time you'll see it activate like crazy is if you're playing as Charlotte or Saint Germain.

It could just have it not always activate that ability when you limit break it, like SpellStrom

Given that the devs explicitly made it an exemption for limit breaking, this appears to be harder than it sounds.
