Sanctuary's instant kill damage is not being shown in the results screen, while a greyed out Reflectio showing the small pulsing aura is.
I believe this may be a bug as other instant kill or health based weapons like Ophion, Gorgeous Moon, Pentagram, and Infinite Corridor do show the damage in the results screen.
Not showing the damage can make it hard to gauge how effective Sanctuary is.
