Please include the following information in your post.

Description of the issue: Game crashes (game closes and OS returns do desktop view) on chest pickup on mid/late progres of any stage (aprox. after 10 minutes of playing) and progres is lost. Does happen on smartphone, doesn't happen on tablet with same version of game, same save, same account. On tablet using horizontal view, on smartphone default (vertical). There are similar comments on Google Play but didn't see bug registered nor sloved for android.

This is a known issue on mobile that the development team is aware of and working on a resolution. 🙂
