#Guns DLC Family Share

Hello,

mid 2023 I gave my old full steam - account "white" in the screenshots, to my son and we activated family share. All went fine until the guns dlc came around.

What I mean is, that we bought the other DLCs and all are visible on my new account "yellow" in the screenshots.

Sadly the guns dlc wont show up even as an option on my account.

We tried it on 3 Desktops and one Steamdeck and online there is no other one with this issue as far as i found.

It is totally okay for me to by the game and all dlcs again on the new accound, if neccessary. But I think its a bug.

Love all your fantastic work on Vampire Survivors. Got it on every platform we own. Android, iOS and Steam.

Hi! sorry to hear family sharing is not working, could you also double check that each version across all 3 devices are the same as that might cause an issue, the other possible solution is you could you try re-linking your family share account which might fix the issue, we've had a look on our back end and cannot see any reason why that dlc would not be working on a family share account, if re-linking and version check does not work let us know and we can try and do a bit more digging.

Hei, thanks for the answer and the checking in the backend. Sadly I can assure that all are at the same version of the game. It even happens on the same computer. If I switch between my old and my new account.

Version: v1.10.105 (3979R)

The re-linking could not be done, because we are in the newly beta family share and if i check one out the account is blocked for one year for this family share.

I'm really sorry. Just found it. When you activate the new steam-family share, the old family library is deactivated completely... So, my old account is not in the new share... Okay i gotta think about how i will handle it. It was just a coincidence, that an other account in my steam-family hat vs with the 3 dlc's ^^ i will take a look if i can gift him the last dlc and than i have time to decide what to do with this situation.
