Seal 2 
was (somewhat) recently updated to give the player two seals per level. I propose another power up addition to the game--Seal 3--which works similarly but adds three seals per level (with 10 ranks total, as the other seals have). It can be ridiculously expensive, as its purpose is primarily to restrict as much of the game's equipment as possible in a single play for challenge runs.
Maxing it and the other two would bring the max collection seals to 60.
