Give a drop shadow to the timer and other HUD text (spoiler)

Pictured is a common sight when using eg ||Space Dude|| - the timer, gold, and kill count are invisible. This screenshot also demonstrates an easy fix: give the text a drop shadow, like with the text that's above ||Space Dude||'s head. v1.9.100
