Allow player to pick stuff while Sole Solution Galaxy is active

While Sole Solution is active and the character is integrable, I really wish it was still able to interact with chest and Candy boxes.

I can be kinda annoying that you always have to wait out the attack before you can pick up treasure chests.
The problem only intensifies when there is more effects on the screen, making it really hard to actually tell when the Galaxy is active
