The 'Eight The Sparrow' is locked to one bullet in each direction no matter what, I've tried leveling it to 8, still only one bullet. I got duplicator, still only one bullet. The wiki doesn't mention this is some sort of lock for Pugnala so pretty sure it's a bug.
