So I had completed a run which allowed me to purchase unlocked characters. Upon restarting the game, they no longer show in the character select screen. I am running on an Xbox Series X.

My bug might be relate too this one. I decided I wanted too start a fresh game with no meta progression. So I deleted the save from everywhere. However after I finished a run on the fresh game nothing unlocked that I had already gotten the achievement for including the second level. Thus I am stuck in the mad forest with very items available. I was able too unlock a new achievement and this unlocked the item. I can only theorises that unlocks are tied too the achievement itself happening rather then a internal achievement that also cause the Xbox achievement too trigger. I was enjoying the game but can’t seem too find a way too progress with most unlocks perma locked

Im having the same problem. Deleted my savegame on Xbox everywhere to have a fresh start.
All unlocks remain but the collection is empty. I’m stuck with the starting classes and items. No items, levels or characters are unlocking. Hopefully this will get fixed soon.
With this bug, the game is unplayable right now.
