how to remove the password function

i wonder, can i remove the possibility to lock a channel
in my wonderful world i just want the user/owner to change the name, nothing more
but i can't find a way to remove the password function
if anyone can help plz =D

you can do /voice reset and just start over that’s one option

yeah i check the setting and there is no option for no password or smt like that
