Is there an option or setup to update vc state or name?
Like when an owner left his/her VC. The VC of the new owner should also get updated based on the the name of the new owner.
I feel like I missed something, otherwise let me know if it's a future plan updates.

Its not planned that the bot will choose a user as new owner. A user from the channel has to claim the channel.
By claiming the channel the bot will rename the channel etc
