I have a category of voice channels that I've set TempVoice to have all permissions over. I have the Create VC channel all set up. But it doesn't work and keeps saying this message in a DM.

yeah I dont want a bot to have control over all my server's channels, too much risk

I figured it out, I had it set in dashboard to use the wrong temp channel category. Updated it to the right one and it works.
